have you ever tried uncured smoked bacon from a farmer's market or independent meat shop? it's a lot tastier than commercial stuff full of nitrites, nitrates and liquid smoke....

That's understandable for sure! I'm up in Maine (aka south Canada) and while everyone loves bacon, everyone loves bacon even more the further south you go it seems. My partner is from Georgia, and would eat breakfast for 5 meals a day if he could. I can't say that I have had any bacon from a farmer's market or otherwise less commercial type setting. I have tried it most anytime that people are raving about how good the bacon is at such and such place...but people seem to rave about all bacon lol. I'll have to take your suggestion next time I get the chance, and report back. Here's to a soon to be bacon-filled future for me!

SO I guess everyone did the Laboratory for Sociological Research yesterday. Nice hit. 2.50 + 5..80)?(i think)...over 8 bucks for 20 minutes. Not including the 40 minute wait but, you can do other jobs in the mean time so it's pretty nice.
