Very true. There's nothing southerners like more than spooky legends and tall tales (except maybe sweet tea). And yep, have lived in OKC for most of my 35 years, with a few years in Edmond and Norman. Your family in Moore is brave! I know it's nice there, but that big patch from SW OKC to Norman gets really scary about this time of year.

oh yeah they remember the big tornado a while back . tore up the whole area. House is pretty big with a reinforced tornado shelter / wine cellar lol. Its crazy how cheap nice big houses are there but then you realize you might not have a house every year
