someone could email neil barton to ask him to take off the masters qual for his hits. I won't do any because low $/hr rate. those look like they might be okay for numbers for some new people. I didn't check TO.

he's probably worried about quality so he left on the masters qual. he could set up a english proficiency qual test that autogrants a qual. then pull the qual from workers who don't do it right.
