You can tell by clicking the MTS icon, if its v1.20.1 then it updated, if not then it hasn't.

Can't click (think it was doubleclick, can't remember) on the bar or money amount on to bring up today's hit menu anymore. Was that purposeful?

Yes, it was done because of memory issues and stuff. Its accessed by the HIT Menu in the extension popup now.

Also, the amount reported on the dashboard is different than the amount reported on the hit menu because it doesn't include bonuses on the dashboard. Is that something that can be optional to include in the future?

It is on the list and will be the default when it comes out. Its just a bit tricky since I want the bonus part of the bar to be a different color.

I am assuming the no TO hits. I have my settings for hits to show at a 3 or above on TO and these are there with all 0's.
