It's a new Kevin Dodds qual, for music copyright. Not sure if they're still trickling, but worth a shot to scroll up and find the panda, just in case Bode's evil and wrong.

Edit: Bode's evil anyway, so get you some if you can. Always be qualling is one of the top turktips!
