We have a grim update: the AMTurk authorities have taken down our HITs to the "Interview Preparation Workshop" study, possibly because they want to ensure that the external website registration the HIT requires does not contain any malicious element. We have submitted our documentation to them for consideration, hopefully we will hear back from them soon and this unfortunate misunderstanding will be sorted out. Meanwhile, since many of the participants could not sign up due to the removal of the HITs, we are suspending the study until things clear up.
