I get mine at a local shop here in town because they're cheaper than Walmart/Sam's Club, and I get a lifetime protection plan for an extra $40
Closest Costo is in Colorado

EDIT: Also I'm over -9 in both eyes and I have really bad astigmatism

She's a straight up liar on the times, too. I generally finish on the faster side because I'm a quick reader and her 'average' is always 30seconds+ faster than me.
