these solar panel's are a lot easier than the 1's earlier. plus the instructions kind of seem like an SNL skit of an mturk requester.

Has anyone done a $2 Pint...(to avoid keyword alerts) lately? The last time I caught one was 3/27.

Also, any Dermot this week yet? I haven't found any in searches.

HOOWWW!!?
Luck. I'm expecting 3 nice rejections as they couldn't answer all of the questions but they answered at least 75% of them.. It took me a bit to find three willing to speak with me. General Managers are the only ones who typically know the answers

$2 ones showed up at the end of last week. Dunno about since then.
I haven't seen a Dermot this week.

Yea Penserra is a good requester imo.
I'm sure they'll approve.

Yeah, Penserra is a good requester.

This is the type of work that they normally do. This is probably a recruitment batch to be honest. I did some for them a while back and they actually did a phone call with me and now offer me work outside of MTurk. $6 base and $2 per completed respondent. All paid by bonus thru mturk.

Issue is, most of the time, you don't get the answers from the companies. You have to make a really convincing script to get them to talk. Like you are doing research for a college study or something like that. You have to make these companies WANT to help you. It is not an easy job.

My only complaint about the sidework is that you only get paid for completed respondents. That can waste a LOT of time not turking and for nothing.

And the one that I called said that they were closed. So, I tried to submit under cannot reach respondent. Get a pop up saying "Return Hit. Let someone else do it."

So... Yeah, unpaid work.

I want to mention this again...

The German Metalworkers’ Union (IG Metall) and the European Trade Union Institute (ETUI) invite comments on the topic of minimum wages on online labor platforms from any interested parties, especially workers, clients, platform operators, researchers, journalists, trade unionists, and policy makers. The comments will be circulated among workers, clients, platform operators, trade unionists, and policy makers. The goal of the project is to develop and disseminate a nuanced view of the applicability of minimum wages in the effort to ensure fair working conditions in online labor platforms.
