Watch your time to do the hit and use Turk Opticon and you will get the hits that take a shorter amount of time than they advertise.

This is new to me and I will sometimes I legit feel like gnawing my arm off on some of those survey's,,,,Thank you

Do you accept a lot of surveys at once and let them sit in your queue while you work on them one by one? Sometimes that's why they expire before you can put in a code as you started them many minutes into the allotted time. Be sure to work on surveys (and all hits) in order of when they might expire to help prevent missing out on getting paid. And don't accept more than you can reasonably do before expiration (duh, right?)
