Overall on MTurk, I think the more people become familiar with PANDAs and the more people are using scripts like Panda Crazy, the less likely we all are to catch things on PANDA because more people are running PANDAs.

But you can never know about PC. I've had C-Sats loaded in PC for six or seven weeks and didn't catch one C-Sats. Then yesterday, out of the blue, I caught two. Weird. And as I've mentioned once or twice on this forum, about two weeks ago PC caught a $2.50 survey at thirty-three minutes after midnight and woke me up out of my nice slumber (and, of course, like a good little Turker, I dragged myself out of bed and did the darn thing). So PC is definitely one of those YMMV things.
