Edit: The "higher paid work" has also been writing fake reviews for his company on Yelp and AngiesList.

Yeah, according to what someone posted this morning, he or she got paid $5 for the review and an additional $10 for saying on this forum what a great requester he is and how fast he pays for lying.

For those that are curious... court was STUPID! Apparently the police are more about protecting the criminals. After two months in jail (the burglary I witnessed was at my next door neighbors house where the residents had gone to jail after an 8hr stand off with the police two nights before). Apparently they were both assigned to the same jail and got together while in jail and figured out a way to get them both off by claiming the dude was allowed to be in the house?!?! His attorney presented a letter that was written last week while he was in jail. Are you kidding me? You're going to believe the meth head that shoots up on his porch and leaves dirty needles all over the place over an elementary teacher? A known felon that has a record so long it's ridiculous got more respect from the courts today than I did. Absolutely PATHETIC! I will NEVER try to be a good citizen and call the cops again! All I got was humiliated and a target put on my back for being a neighborhood snitch. AND I HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING!!! Are you kidding me!?!?!! This is soooooooooo messed up!!!

I am sorry you had to go through that.
Eye witness testimony is considered the least reliable just due to how faulty our memories are.
