What email address did you contact? I sent one to the general "help" email in the help section and got back the most uninformative, bland, form-letter response ever. Comparatively, you received a wealth of info in return.

I clicked on the Help at the top right corner of the main Mturk page, then clicked on 'contact us'.
This is what came up. Not sure which drop down I picked (suspended account most likely) and wrote a brief request for help and why this happened.
