The sound it futzy on there. Sometimes it just stops DINGing, or the sound will randomly change. Make sure you don't have the batch set to "Mute after first seen", but other than that, it's just one of the many eccentricities of the script.

My husband and I use the same bank account without issue, and the reps I've spoken to have said it's fine. Granted the reps thinking it's fine is probably an argument against doing it, but it hasn't been a problem for us. So long as you have two separate accounts for Amazon, it should be alright.
