It's really worth it. It's one of those things people overlook, I have seen crazy high-end desktop set ups with just some crappy chair thrown in, but a good chair makes all the difference in the world. Less back pain, better posture, you can make it spin really fast until you get dizzy, really the benefits are endless.

Been debating on seeing if Geek Chic can make one of their Eight Hour Chairs as a desk chair. Screw the fancy table, I don't need a full dining set, but I'll be damned if those chairs aren't the most ridiculously comfortable things to have ever hugged my butt.

I have Ikea furniture that I'm pretty sure is made out of cardboard and moose spit, but damn if I don't appreciate good craftsmanship. Those are some gorgeous handcrafted chairs.
