I try to stick to wine and beer only. Limit myself to 3 days a week.

My LDL I was 142. Which is the low side of high, but still high.

I have genetics working against me, too. It sucks when you're doing so much right. I'm a vegetarian and still struggle with it. I have since I was like 21.

Have you guys seen the trailer for Marvel's "The Defenders"? Even though I love Marvel, I'm only slightly excited about the show (based on 3 of the characters-Iron Fist was not my cup of tea), but the song they used for it really did a number on me. It's Nirvana's "Come As You Are", but it sounds like they isolated the vocals a bit and reverbed the guitar sound. It sounds pretty amazing, and now I am hoping that someone ends up doing some music magic and makes that happen in the YouTube world. Best I could find for now were vids with the other bits chopped out.
