I'm in Kirkwood. Not the good part of Kirkwood, but even the bad part of Kirkwood is good. That smell of moisture in the air and warmth and chlorophyll is all around right now, and it's so nice to feel it again.

Ah, I know where that is, and you're right that even the "bad part" is okay. My late grandmother lived in Kirkwood, and I used to walk over to her place from Webster Groves all the time to visit. Walked all over the city, to be honest.

I miss the hell out of StL, and am jelly that you get to inhale that wonderful smell. Oklahoma smells like nothing right now, because I'm too stuffed up from all of the allergens lately.
