True. What time is the best time for surveys in your opinion (use EST if you can).

oh god, time zones. My day starts at 8am your time, most surveys START coming in (imho I'm not the best judge for this, there are WAY better people then me at this) 10am EST (I'm CST so it's 9am for me). But it's a day by day thing. Really, just get up at like 6-8am and turn everything on and go from there.
