speakers are now playing sound like youtube videos and computer alerts. levels are moving when I speak into the earbuds. but when I hold the speakers next to my ears and talk into the earbuds, my voice doesn't come from the speakers.

also my speakers are playing talk radio. ?????? I closed all browser tabs except this with mturk and the forum. no one has ever listened to talk radio or any radio on my computer. I don't know where it's coming from or how to turn it off ????? it's static-y and faint.

it makes no sense. it's like back in the day when you turn on a radio, but the stations are too far away. it's static-y and quiet. AND IT WON'T STOP. and it has no source that I can think of.

That's weird. I've heard of computer power chords picking up AM radio signals so that could be it.

It's beyond silly at this point. Between this and the random unexplained suspensions, someone should just start throwing this stuff onto the media and let them have fun with it since the gig economy is now in vogue.
