Why would someone steal credit cards just to make HITs?

I'm sure they're not doing it *just* for that. But, they're using it to get ad revenue to a junk site to get money from it that way.

If you are using the HITs to increase monetization or unique IPs or other reasons that could make the HIT poster money on the 'back-end'. It's always money.
