well. I was casually dating a woman for a few months. then a couple weeks ago she said she was making it official with another guy. she offered the usual ljbf "let's just be friends" and today I decided to not be her friend. The thing is I think she just used the ljbf so she wouldn't feel guilty like a lot of people do, but not 100% sure. I feel bad though. I feel bad declining it even though she might could care less about it

She doesn't seem sincere. You're right, most of the times it's just a consolation to save face. It really isn't to not hurt the other's feelings either, it's more so they feel better about themselves. You're best to just move on from it.

I think the message is that if the girl you're interested in writes about fruit stickers, some weird shit in german, and can't tell the difference between then and than, you should run as far away as humanly possible.

I feel like you go through this scenario every 4-5 months. And ask this advice. Whatever route you're going to find girls. stop. it's not working.
