Them responding to people's complaints is actually way more surprising to me than a bunch of us getting Masters.

I'm sure there's nothing to worry about. They'll probably just try to fix the problem and inadvertently revoke your Masters qual.

Just opened up my last chicken broth package and the seal was broken. I got it from Walmart so I'm just imaging someone opening it up and taking a swig in the middle of the store. Why else would someone open up chicken broth in a store? Needless to say, I tossed it and will be making my meal with boring H2O instead.
