Returning it won't help, it'll stay locked - check every single one in your queue before returning, sometimes you'll find the one it thinks you're supposed to be working on.

Yo peaches, pay them no mind. I have a corporate background and I've never worked harder than I have doing this nonsense. Here you really need to hustle to make it. No "starting" coffee breaks until 9:30am, followed by idle chatter about what you'll be having for lunch before it's even 10:30. People take the little amount of work they do for granted, for sure.
