Those people are notoriously difficult to work with. Or "were," as the case may be. I'd like to suggest that you establish a "thread" in the Help section somewhere enumerating how you did what you just did. Provide the number you called, who you spoke with (if you have a name), ... any information that might help us as a group or as individual in future. (When I first started Turking--or rather, trying to Turk--I did what I've just suggested you do, but the information is now possibly "dated," and it's on a different worker forum than this one.)
