I have to say, the Walmart I work at is pretty good. They have a designated trainer. So they don't just put you on the register and say go for it. They won't put you on alone until you feel ready. Only working weekends has put me behind everyone else though that I was in orientation with. But I have to stop thinking this is a competition as we all learn at different rates, and I barely had any time on the register, although left to my own devices I can do credit and cash transaction with no problems. The register pretty much tells you how much change back to give. But anyone I think they have pretty good management on the front end in anyway. I hear on reddit on the Walmart reddit, that a lot of people complain how bad their Walmart management is. Guess I just lucked out with a good store. In fact I was worried about how I'm going to get Pathways done, and then just like that I ran into the Personnel person that is in charge of making sure we get it done and she told me instead of going up front tomorrow I need to go to personnel and do Pathways. How coincidental is that?
