I've got a crock pot. Love it. And I have one of those pill containers. It's just that as soon as I get up, I am compelled to start work so I can have a decent number by noon so I know I can make my daily goal. Not smart, I know. I'll have to make a better effort to do what I should be doing. (I'm a bit pressured right now becuuse there's stuff I need and need to do (financially) till my SS comes in on the 21st: thden I can back off on work a bit.

I completely understand that compulsion, and I am in similar financial constraints. I think that you have to take care of yourself in order to work efficiently. So when you get time, fill the pill container, and perhaps make a sandwich for your breakfast for tomorrow, that you can grab and eat. Or reheat some leftovers from the night before?
