Depends on what you like working on. Weekends are different than weekdays, for sure, but I have made just as much on a weekend day doing batches as I have weekdays doing surveys.

I just took a look at my past history of MTURK and it seems M-W for the most part are my big moneydays,while Saturday and especially Sunday have been very slow for me.
