I read somewhere that you should move around for 8 minutes every 1/2 hour. Don't think too many people do that. But, should definitely get up every hour and move around.

If you combine this thought with making sure you are properly hydrated ... you almost have no choice to get up that often

There isn't an &, only an = right before my worker id. Tried changing the = to a ? but no luck

make sure that (script thingy I can't remember the name of right at this moment that has monkey) in it didn't crash.

usually I just do chrome://restart in the url and that fixes it.
