You may not be qualified for them, or your values for what pops up is different. I know a lot of people keep a higher TO rating up there, I go as low as 3 and some people might go even lower. I also change the $ value based on what I'm finding, and I have the size currently set to 50, for when it's slow. 30 when it's decent.
