Well, now sometimes it doesn't submit when you try to resubmit. So if you're working on a batch with the autoaccept the next HIT box checked, and you get the in-frame PRE error, and you right click and reload the frame, then it will move to the next HIT but won't submit and the HIT you tried to resubmit will still be in your queue. Or if you're working out of your queue and try to resubmit, it will just reload the whole HIT again because you didn't actually finish. Before it always worked.

Could be a Chrome change as well. Would like to know if people using Firefox have the same problem, and if they still use the confirm box when you reload the iframe to resubmit there. Maybe I'll try VDX with Firefox to check.
