There was no code on mine as it was still in the HIT main page, I refreshed and the main hit page had no place for a code but did have the submit button. Only has a 1 hour timer so I submitted and sent screen shot of problem.

I'm assuming this is still a part of the checkout process.

I still haven't figured out what that Yes (other) option is for but maybe that is what she is asking for.
