probably exactly matches the online questionnaire that the census outbound CSRs had to read from in 2010 when the outbound calls began. I had to train those poor unsuspecting CSRs on that software and how to handle the calls. They hated doing it but it was a contract job and they got paid pretty well for an outbound call center job.
