I was able to go in control panel and uninstall that way -- I had to sort by date installed to find it.

re: ScienceAtHome requester, Tower Builder HIT, $6.75

I was just trying to uninstall this app too, and couldn't find it. Wrote the requester also. The access that app wants with your computer information, is quite extensive.

When I sorted by date, the installed application is called "Turbulence 0.9.0" and the publisher is Aarhus University, size 83.6 meg. When you uninstall, it still calls itself "Tower Building."
