I caught some decent transcription HITs but it's freezing and all I want to do is cuddle with my cat in my warm bed and watch Sex and the City DVDs.

I like transcriptions most of the time, but even worse than some accents are the infinite skin-crawling, chill-inducing sounds people can make with their disgusting mouths. ick.

My Christmas tree is still up

Haha, I finished taking mine down on Saturday. I've been taking it down in stages, because I hate putting it up and taking it down. So two weeks ago, I took a box of baubles down, then last week I took the tinsel/lights and bottom branches down, and Saturday I took the rest down.

Now, I just need to vacuum. Can't wait to move apartments.

Our outside decorations are still up. They're unplugged, at least, but we keep having ice storms or -20 wind chills on the weekends (when my husband is available to take them down). Last Thursday it was 50. By Sunday it was -25 with the wind chill.

And so, they remain.
