What is WRONG with people?!I just caught a neighbor attempting to put red pepper powder out for the feral cat colony that are TNR'd, had their shots and she went onto their property where the cats live as in trespassing. I ran her off.

Well it could have been worse and been anti-freeze or meat covered rat poison. (Seen people do this =( ) Red pepper powder seems to be pretty ethical if you're trying to chase away feral cats. I guess I would have chased someone out of someone elses property too. She should probably sprinkle the red pepper powder around her own property to keep them away. What is WRONG with people?!

There was a woman in my mom's neighborhood that fed all the feral cats. She had feed troughs in her garage and left the bottom of the garage door open for the cats to come in and out. Everyone in the neighborhood complained and threw a fit. Then she died and all the cats left. The rat problem became so bad that the city had to step in and help take care of it.I just caught a neighbor attempting to put red pepper powder out for the feral cat colony that are TNR'd, had their shots and she went onto their property where the cats live as in trespassing. I ran her off.
