wow, where do you live? i used to be able to get packs for about $4 in virginia when i was in college but i think it's about $5 now depending on brand. here in WV they raised the tobacco tax last year and fiance pays about $6 per pack now. wish he'd quit (i quit in 2013)

Here in missouri they go for about 2:50 and major brands are 3:50. If you want to get a smuggling operation going ,just pm me.
