I had a similar experience this morning with another requester. Said they received the same answer for every trial. I gave a detailed account of the HIT and my responses and I was told they would speak to a supervisor and get back with me. FWIW, I did offer to redo it... but it was a 40 minute long nightmare, so I really hope not.

Requester got back to me pretty quickly. First set up a dummy hit that I couldn't access. Once I followed up on that, they paid the survey through a bonus. Still emailing trying to get the rejection reversed since they didn't know how to do it and had to contact support on their end.
