Did anyone get something weird like this today? I've never heard of this qualification and the only HITs I've done recently are Zings, Product RNR, Sergeys, Virals and YTA.

More than likely, this is a qual that was given out to prevent retakes, or a qual that was given out after a screener. They are now done with whatever project and are removing the qual because it isn't needed anymore. More requesters should do this so its easier to sift through your quals.

But I still always give them a courtesy "oh screw you!" whenever I get the email, just in case.
