yesssss that sounds awesome. Honey and goat cheese on crackers is one of my favorite snacks (add some fresh ground black pepper!). This one was great with some perfectly sweet-tart ripe strawberries. I usually get the Rembrandt gouda but I decided to branch out today, and damn it's fab :ok:

I loathe you right now because I'm trying to lose the last few pounds and cheese is calorie dense af, but I will be done soon and I'll try that Vincent cheese, sounds like it's a sweeter, fruitier gouda. If you have any Trader Joe's where you live, try their creamed clover honey. It's spreadable so it's fantastic for cheeses and toasts and crackers.

Yum It's a 25min drive to the nearest TJs, but I go occasionally.. for cheese. And I hear you on the calorie dense part. I'm down to a few glorious servings per week.
