Walnuts and coffee right into brownies. Look, you gotta granma this shit up. I spend at least 1 1/2 hours defuzzing the walnuts. That's what makes them suck, I can taste it the moment someone made something with not defuzzed walnuts. You get a little toothpick or one of those metal teeth scrapers (clean bought for this purpose) and you sit down with the bag and you go into each walnuts nooks and take out that shitty black/brown fuzzy ass. It's bitter and nasty textured. Then you wash them and dry them after that and there you go, great walnuts to cook with! You do have to do this with the halved ones too because they don't come defuzzed.
