I figured out RVDs on Chrome.
1. Goto chrome://flags/

2. Run all Flash content when Flash setting is set to “allow” should be Enabled.
3. Click the lock to the left of the address bar in RVDs and set flash to Allow.

That's all I had to do but you might have to do more.

This is basically what I followed but not all of it. So if the quick ones I posted don't work. Maybe these will.
