Gotta fix the clock on your computer. Make sure it's the correct time and date.

Assuming you checked your time and date... I had similar problems running Windows 10.. sometime the time correct, but the date changed. Fixed it and then rebooted.

Sometimes it can be a wrong timezone too. It thinks you are 3 hours late for everything.

This was 6th grade "computer lab" 1986. Turtle was the first programming language I learned on this bad boy.

EDIT Pretty sure the program was "LOGO".
