Maybe she thought it would be rude to unfriend you? I'm still friends with my sister's ex husband on Facebook and occasionally I'll like something he posts because it's funny or I'm happy for him or whatever, but he's still on friendly terms with my husband so idk :shrug:

really rude to not answer texts, but also fits with the non-confrontational theory.
