What I don't understand is why she wont accept $1600 from me and call it good? We weren't bad tenants to my knowledge. The worst we did was pay our rent late twice over a year and a half. The only thing I did was complain about one of the units have 6 adults with cars in a 2 bedroom and keeping us from parking. (Only two spaces allowed per unit... we have one car and had to park in the grass over half the time).
We've had it twice a week since July. I don't think there's much we haven't tried. Same with zucchini. I liked zucchini before this summer. Haven't tired of tomatoes yet, though.
are you able to go get your stuff out of the place? i might just cut my losses, stop trying to deal with obviously crazy LL, and move on.
