edit: you can also use an old panda that you don't need anymore, just by deleting the info and adding the requester id.

I totally understand. Please don't feel like that though, we have all been there. That's why this forum is so awesome.

I always just put the requester ID in the URL field, then click "add panda for group ID HIT". Then, I delete it from the "Group ID" field and I put it in the correct field. Does that make sense?

edit: weird formatting and I missed a step. Today isn't my day.

Yeah, totally! But when I do it, I get an error message saying please enter group ID or URL first. So that's where I was getting stuck.

Hmm, that usually happens if it isn't a valid group ID or Requester ID. Can you take a screenshot of that popup box with the error? That may help us figure out the problem.

*SIGH* I finally manage to catch the .20 Rekogs....I've had 5 so far that I've had to return because no video shows and it won't let me hit unsure or no to advance and see if the second plays...I wonder if it's on my end or theirs

This is going to sound silly, but when you're pasting the Requester ID, do you have any spaces before or after it? It's sensitive, so a misplaced space will give you that error.
