You can't go wrong with liquor, if they're drinkers. It always makes you feel like a real grown-up when you have a bar set up at your house.

This happened to me the other day, and the reason was that I had accepted the hit on one "mturk day" and submitted it on another. It was listed on the earlier day. The mturk day runs midnight PST-midnight PST.
