Typical generic answer given. Translated this means scripts. If you don't know how to script then "git gud" pretty much won't happen. You can ask others to make you scripts and if your lucky they will, but you just had to share your batch and the easy button with the one who created it for you so you will be sharing.
Learning to script is like learning another language, sure anyone "can do it" but it takes stupid amount of time and energy. Most of the people who know how to do it know for other reasons Previous hobby, a job, ect. ect.
This is usually followed up by a list of links ect of posts, videos, all the secrets the earth has to offer. Most of which are common knowledge and will not ever equate to anything even remotely close to the result of scripting.
Maybe some day when the insightful want to help and come off as the all knowing genius, when they say "git gud", maybe they will offer a script for a batch you want to work , so you can actually get better. Heres to hoping....

until then git gud just means sucks to be you.

This is an exaggeration. Learning scripting isn't that hard. I had no coding knowledge before I started on Mturk and now I can make pretty much whatever I need. Most of the time while watching video's, studying, practicing etc I had already had a few glasses of wine.

@Blue said this earlier. (I put everything in number format to make it easier to read.)

there are lots of things you can do.
1) Learn AHK.
2) Learn Javascript.
3) Learn about google search operands and other forms of googlefu.
4) Research new extensions you can use and think of creative ways you can use existing ones.
5) Learn about various techniques like multi-tabbing.
6) Use more than one monitor.
7) Develop a work search strategy.
8) Identify the weak points in your work flow and find or develop tools to overcome them.
9) Identify the bottle necks in your work flow and do the same thing.
10) Use more than one browser... set each browser up for a different kind of hit so that they can be specialized with active scripts and extensions running in them.

Etc and so on... better efficiency in any industry is a system of systems approach. Your computer can do more than you are using it for now and you have all the power in the world to modify it to suit your needs.
