I don't know how I feel about this.

So I went with this very very bold statement about going on a walk, went on the walk, and made it back.

it seems to have a lot of issues configuring

i have to reinstall it to get it work, then it's fine for a while, then wash rinse repeat

I have the paid version too, idk what the deal is, won't recognize the ip
I think I may have had some of that at the beginning. My laptop was in Power saver mode so it kept trying to save power by shutting down my network adapter during inactivity. Since it was my secondary screen, inactivity happened every 20 minutes, lol. I also had a problem where my router kept power cycling and it wouldn't let some pc's back on because they hadn't successfully logged off.

Yeah I have them set on high performance, no sleep. I can't even get it to connect at all now. It's making my TQueen @TQueen stabby.

So I just hung up the phone with my bff. She mentioned she was talking to someone recently who accesses the mturk workers as a resource. I asked her if she was talking to someone on campus. She said, "Why?" I replied, "Cuz I do no less than 10 surveys for Stanford each week."

She works on campus at Stanford for a professor. (Who does not run studies on mturk, but hey, she might soon meet some who do. She just started the job three months ago.)

I "intellectually" suspect this is some sort of logical fallacy... but I think my time is coming when I am going to win one of those "lotteries" I keep seeing promised!

I should add she is pushing me, hard, to get a position on Stanford's campus. After you have worked there x amount of years, they help pay for your children's tuition (even if it's not at Stanford). I'm kinda considering moving closer to Stanford.
