I love cooking skin-on salmon Another really awesome fish to eat with the skin on is branzino (I really like it roasted, although the skin in this recipe is more melty than crispy).@Sondi I had a pan fried salmon fillet (with the skin on) yesterday, and it blew my mind how much tastier the crispy skin makes the fish. It was so delicious my breath still smells like salmon btw.
You should try brushing your teeth also
