I am just joking, of course. But when my daughter was 18 she went to live in china for a year to be a esl teacher. She was grossed out by the practice of kids not wearing diapers and just wearing "split pants'. She said they would just go wherever they were, even on the streets. Now thats free range.

I am just joking, of course. But when my daughter was 18 she went to live in china for a year to be a esl teacher. She was grossed out by the practice of kids not wearing diapers and just wearing "split pants'. She said they would just go wherever they were, even on the streets. Now thats free range.

I have friends who did 'elimination communication' - that's no diapers, just like China. They were able to go to communicate their bathroom needs by about 1 years old (floor potty - and some help). But as soon as they toddled, they could sit on a floor 'potty' by themselves. That's common for EC kids. Instead of split pants, they just dress them in something easy and get them where they need to go. The parents look at their kids and figure out what they need (thus the communication part of EC).

Technically, it's cleaner for the kids . I wanted to do it, but I couldn't do it 'full-time'. I used cloth diapers (they cost about 12.00 a diaper, btw - we still have them).

There goes my hope of Masters .

I bought a leather couch a couple of years ago to protect my furniture against teenage boy stank.

So far, it's paying off. I don't freak if he lays all over my couch sweaty and gross, or does that other boy thing and let 'er rip (it sounds much better, according to him, on leather). I just hand him a Lysol wipe later.

No. The title was something like "image transcription HITs and requesters". So HITs like Brelig and other receipt/image transcription requesters.

Same here. I let the kid decide when diapers were nasty (I had decided long before). One weekend he said "no more diapers". He went naked or in just undies that weekend and presto...all done with diapers in two days (except pullups at bedtime cuz he slept so hard he wouldn't wake up for it and was super embarrassed when he wet the bed.)
