It is almost coming out on DVD and Bluray. Just saw it because it was $2 and the theatre has a large popcorn and large soda combo for $11 + $1 hot dogs.

Yep, both of those were great. Dark Tower was...forgettable. Really disappointing as a fan of the books, but just mediocre otherwise. If you go frequently, moviepass for 10 bucks a month is a pretty great deal.

Never read the book. But if I would have read it and saw the movie, probably would have been disappointed as well. Just got my moviepass a week ago. It felt like forever to get it (ordered during the $10 announcement week).

Never read the book. But if I would have read it and saw the movie, probably would have been disappointed as well. Just got my moviepass a week ago. It felt like forever to get it (ordered during the $10 announcement week).

Yeah mine took almost a month. My roommate joined a few days after me and got his 2 weeks earlier. It's really inconsistent. But it's been great so far. If you see a movie outside of matinee hours it basically pays for itself in one trip (at least with the prices around here)

9 year old me would be thrilled to get pizza even at chuck e cheese, so I think it's a given that I had no taste then
